Wonderful staff who are always willing to help. We go often enough that a few staff members recognize us now! Best place in town to get Traeger pellets. Best price and selection by far. Paint department is also great. Good selection and they can color match anything!

We were on the hunt for an obscure watch battery. Unfortunately they didn't have one. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who was helping my son, but he was kind and smart enough to point us in the direction of the place that did. Thank you for the service and the help! It's like a DIY paradise. Like touring the Smithsonian, take your time, you'll see everything. Especially what you need now, or what you may need eventually. And they love to assist. Whether it's answering a question or finding what is needed...they're an asset waiting to be used.

I love the place. Guys are totally helpful and experienced. Always find things I did not know I needed. Small tool sets on sale are nice to have one in a truck, one in the house and one in the garage. Nice wooden canes. Packets of brown paper garbage bags work great as seating pads in the truck.

I've always loved Ace. The owner prides himself on providing great customer service and you can tell by the number of employees he keeps on shift. The employees aren't very pushy either which I like; they'll check in with you, but won't "stalk" you if you don't need their help. They have a great selection of randomness in every section, and their hardware selection can't be beat. Great stores!

This Ace is so great, staff will find you and make sure you know where the item is you are looking for. You can't stump them, clean store and if you are looking for a garden hose right now, they have quite a few hundred it looks like. Hoooyah bulldog's.

I will start off by saying that I originally gave them 3 stars but overreacted. The item I purchased was not exactly what I wanted but it worked out just fine. I was just frustrated at the time. They responded quickly to my review and tried to make it right. However, I do like the grill that I purchased. Maybe I will get the other one next time. This store has a great selection of products. And they are very helpful. I do plan on returning and buying many other products from them.
